A Night At The Ballpark

I love the Phillies...I bleed "Eagle Green" but I love my Phils...Last night it was Gracie's (my youngest) turn to go with Daddy. It is a great thing to see your child's eyes light up their first night at the park. The field, the lights, the crowd, the food...and then there is the Phillie Phanatic! I wish we had him in our kid's ministry every week...Hot dogs just taste better at a baseball game. There we were, just like my Dad and I did it. Making memories that will last when I am long gone...getting rained on in our ponchos...cotton candy and then more cotton candy. Meaningful baseball in August and a night out with my "Angel"...Great memories and good times...

That is awesome! Can't wait until my boys are old enough to go to a game and absorb it all and see the look on their faces! I'm sure it's one of those great moments for a father (especially a meaningful game in August!)

It's the best Jeff! I'll give you a call next time some tickets float my way...I'm always looking for somebody that loves the Phils like I do to hang out with...

The atmosphere at the ball park. The sites, the smells... the crack of the bat.

And yes, the hot dogs do taste better at the ball park. *smile*
