I just found out about a really cool church starting in the Avon Grove High School. It’s called Elk Creek Church and the pastor’s name is Michael Silliman. You can check out their web site at Elkcreekonline.com. If you have a chance, go on their site and check out Mike’s blog! It would be awesome if he got some encouraging comments on his blog from our Fellowship blogosphere faithful. I want to call on our church to pray for their launch on September 23rd at 10:30. We desperately need more churches in our region that get it! Mike, I want you to know that we will be lifting you guys up big time!

Thanks so much for your encouragement! Thanks for taking the time to pray for us on September 23rd...How cool! I am constantly blown away that God would allow us to play a part in His kingdom work! Thanks for what you are doing in your community. I'm sure I'll get to learn a great deal from you and Fellowship Church as we connect!
Now this is awesome. Something I have always desperately desired. Brothers and sisters in Christ coming together in unison praying for each other. Breaking down the walls of denominations and different congregations, because in Christs church there shouldn't be any. We are one body. Someday we will all be signing praises to the risen Lord together. If all churches looked at reaching the lost like Elk Creek and Fellowship, can you imagine the impact for the Kingdom we would have.
I will say a prayer for you and your Church body Pastor Silliman. BTW...Elk Creek is a great place I have gone fly-fishing on many many times.
Mike, you guys are going to rock the house! The Avon Grove area is never going to be the same after September 23rd! We have your back Bro!
