Call it a wave, a surge, a bump, momentum, or just God’s Spirit moving…whatever you want to call it, Fellowship is experiencing it. It sure is fun. God is trusting us with more. In November, Fellowship broke the 600 barrier for the first time ever on a non-holiday…pretty cool for a “young” church in the Northeast. Well, this past Sunday 701 people came out to worship! A “homeless” church with over 700 people! In just over 7 weeks another 100 people showed up! People are giving their lives to Christ, volunteering to serve, and joining Life Groups! This month it looks like we will have over 300 adults participate in Life Groups. That is an astounding percentage for a church our size. 26 people came out to our Newcomers class last night and we are looking for a great turnout for people going public with their faith at our baptism on February 3rd. God is up to something (I wish you could see the smile on my face right now) and I love it. I’m going to do my best to stay out of His way and ride this wave.
Thanks for using Fellowship Father…thanks for trusting us with the message of hope and love…thanks for expanding our territory…You are redefining what church can and should be for so many…It is all about You and for You!

Wow, 700 people! I thought it looked crowded but it's hard to estimate. The Lord is up to something big here at Fellowship and I am just so excited to be part of it. I am just loving the new series on living different and praying that the Lord will change my heart in many different ways. I have never been spontaneous in my life (can you say to do lists???). John, Matt and I just want to let you know that we are praying for your Dad, Mom, you, Michelle and the rest of your family. That is great news that his brain scan came back negative! We are praying for the results of his latest biopsy of the lymph nodes. Thanks for all that you do:)
Awesome! Awesome!
Amy you guys are becoming tenured very quickly aren't you. Thanks for welcoming people so warmly. Many of those who came to the newcomers class mentioned your team. God is good.
You got it Jeff. One of the things Michelle and I are so thankful for is the way you are pouring into Bailey's life. It is so cool to see and he really needs and enjoys it. You are my hero for doing this kind of stuff ...both as a pastor and a daddy.
John,
So glad God is bringing us together to accomplish God sized KINGDOM tasks! PF Changs was great...but our time together was greater. Thanks for a great lunch. Praise the Lord for 700. Way to go....keep up the great work! May HIS name be glorified!
Hey....

Yo! Thanks for being one of the inspirations for my blog today....check it out...ok...I will stop taking up all of your space...or is it MY SPACE?
