Today we did a pretty cool video shoot for Sunday. I think you will enjoy seeing it as much as we enjoyed shooting it! It was something that I have wanted to do for sometime…but never done before. Curious yet?
I’m gearing up for my talk Sunday on Transforming the way I see life. When you think about it, God has given us such an opportunity to make an impact on others…it’s hanging out there waiting for you to grab on to it! So many times we get locked into discontent or stuck in disillusionment because we compare ourselves to others. The truth is, I’m sure we would all like to be further along in certain areas or aspects of our lives. I know I would. Sometimes I get stuck there…its quicksand. God didn’t make me someone else, He made ME. He made YOU. We are unique, one of a kind. Think about where God has brought you to this point in your life and the people that have had a part in who you are today. Really think about it! Do you want to waste it or let God leverage it?

"God has given us such an opportunity to make an impact on others..." Wow, how do you read my mind?? I really have been battling with this statement as well as others similar to it in my own life. I feel that right now, I'm more convicted about sharing my joy than ever before! Just this morning, I had an opportunity to discuss financial situations with a co-worker...not a Christ follower. It feels so good to explain to him that God is using me and I'm merely here to use my finances wisely, because none of it belongs to me anyway! This is how I need to transform the way I see life. I need to see it in the eyes of unbelievers and just share...just share what God is doing in my life. Yea, that will feel good. That's the type of transformation I'm looking for....
I must share my joy! (My wife's sleeping, so I'll turn to my Fellowship family). The Phillies are now tied for 1st in the NL East. Go Fightins!!!!
