Live Positive

We had a great kick-off to our “Live Different” series this morning and our hearts were captivated by the inspirational story of Gail and JoAnne Oxley. We will have their video posted on our web site and on my blog later in a day or two. In case you missed it, Gail was diagnosed two years ago with A.L.S. and given 2-5 years to live. He and his wife JoAnne shared the rollercoaster of emotions they have been through. They showed us how to “live positive”. The video takes about 15 minutes, so set some time aside this week to watch it. My time with them was probably the most personally inspirational time I have ever experienced. Gail and JoAnne would want all the praise to go to God and it does…but the way they have allowed God to work in their life is nothing short of heroic. I’m a better man for my time with them and Fellowship is a better church because of them.
