Long Day!

Today was a long day…just got home about an hour from our board meeting that lasted until midnight. We had a good time catching up as a board. Our constitution seems to be very well received …we have not had many questions or push back to this point. I am thankful for God’s timing in all of this. It’s been a long road and I am looking forward to a unified ratification in October. I’m reminded tonight just how dedicated and committed our elder/deacons are. They put in so much time that probably only me and their wives see. I’m blessed to have guys like that behind me and our church is better because of them. They keep me on my toes and push me to be my best. Thanks to Gus, Gary, Steve, Ray, Greg, Mike and Dan.

I will catch you up on some other stuff later today. Be praying about our Transformer series Sunday. I am enjoying this series big time. Sunday’s topic…transforming how I see life…hmmm, how do you see your life? How do you see life in general? How does God want us to see our lives? Good questions that I hope you are thinking about this week. Be praying…

I'm paying a lot of attention to the last 5 games for the Phillies...I'm bumming that they lost tonight and I just heard that the Padres won...Everytime I think they are out of it they keep coming back. It is cool to have meaningful baseball at the end of September...

I'm glad that another season of Prison Break is taking off...I'm liking the new show K-ville so far as well...Let me know if you catch anything that I should add to my DVR...
